A new build, detached, traditional Spanish villa on a new development with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The house has a large sun terrace with an outside dining table and sun loungers on the roof. There is a pool in the grounds of the villa, and a table on the front porch. In addition to its own pool in its grounds, the villa also has private access to a large communal pool which is 15 seconds walk away. The villa is on the development of Laguna Green, in the orange groves, near the town of Orihuela and San Miguel. There are shops, restaurants and a golf course in Laguna Green. It is a 25 minute drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. It is a 15 minute drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and a 90 minute drive to Valencia. |
