The Cowes
House 3 5 bedroom period crew house sleeping up to 12 This 5 bedroom house is situated just outside Cowes, being off the beach in the nearby yachting village of Gurnard. It is a 5 minute drive from Cowes and the Yacht Haven, or a 15-20 minute walk along the seafront. It is serviced by the Sail Bus during Cowes Week. It is arranged over 3 floors, and sleeps up to 12 people. It was predominantly used as the crew house of Peter Harrison's stable of Chernikeeff and GBR Challenge boats and is now available for yachting or holiday rentals. It has a large kitchen diner (with all amenities) with access to a rear patio for outside eating, and a spacious living room with french doors to the garden in the front of the house. It also has a recreational area on the first floor landing, and a hallway that can seat 12+ people around a table for crew dinners. It has internet access and TVs/DVDs in a number of the recreational rooms. It also has numerous bathrooms, which is perfect for a large crew. It has off-road parking for 2-3 cars.
